What if I change my mind?
If for any reason you wish to return an item then your are welcome to do so. If you change your mind about an item then please let us know as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt.
Once you have notified us then please pack up the item securely and return to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar courier service. Please include your original order number or paperwork within the parcel so we can trace this back to you.
What if there is a problem with my item?
If in the rare instance there is any problem or fault with your item then we will of course replace or refund your item. Please contact us in the first instance to let us know how you wish to proceed in this case.
We will send a replacement or refund as soon as we have received the original item back to us. Please include your original order number or paperwork within the parcel so we can trace this back to you.
Our returns policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item. You may return an item unused and in a re-saleable condition within this period. If more than 30 days have passed since you receive your purchase we reserve the right to not accept any returned items. However we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service so if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot return cleaning fluids or similar that have been used unless there is a specific fault with that product. We also do not accept products that contain hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which will have been emailed to you on completion of your order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless at our discretion.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Reoptic Ltd., Salters House, Salters Lane, Sedgefield, County Durham, TS21 3EE, United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We will need the purchaser's original receipt to process an exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or you will be able to exchange the item with that of the same value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is faulty then we will pay for return shipping at our discretion.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as via Royal Mail or a dedicated courier, or by purchasing additional shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if a suitable shipping method is not used.
