When the leather ages, the case takes on an ever-changing character and conforms to the camera body and your hand better.
Metal parts are attached to the camera to fit all types of ring straps.
When the camera is placed in the case, the holes for the strap will be covered, and therefor the Easy-Click system strap will not be compatible.
